PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
When you visit our websites, our web servers temporarily store access data, that is, the IP address of your access, the upload software used for the order (ActiveX, Flash, Java, etc.), the session_ID for identifying your connection session, as well as the date and time of the visit. These data will be deleted after completion of the usage. In addition, personal data are only stored if you voluntarily provide them, e.g. within the framework of a registration, an order and the associated order processing, a survey, a price tender or an online application. They are informed about the purpose of the data collection in the respective input and contact forms.
Your image data will be automatically saved for 30 days for uploading to the online gallery, which is only accessible to you. In addition, artboxONE provides online album storage, which you can optionally use to store the image data over a long period of time. You can always delete your image data in the online gallery or album memory, or make it available to third parties at your request.
After your order has been completed and delivered, the image data will be kept in production for up to 12 weeks in order to process any complaints or repeat orders. After this, these data are irrevocably deleted.
We use the data you have provided to fulfil and process your order.
In order to fulfil the contract, we will pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, as far as this is necessary for delivery of ordered goods. In order to process payments, we will pass on the necessary payment data to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, payment service providers commissioned by us, or to the payment service selected by you in the ordering process.
TRANSMISSION OF DATA VIA THE INTERNET
Sensitive data such as login, password, address data, details of your payment methods, credit card data or account data are transferred exclusively through encrypted connections (HTTPS / SSL) and stored on security servers. The electronic payment process is handled by Computop.
COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA AND ITS APPROPRIATION
We use the data you provide to fulfil and process your order. Your data will be used according to the applicable data protection regulations solely for the purpose connected with the respective survey and for the protection of legitimate own business interests, in particular the technical administration of the websites. Only if you have previously given us your consent will we also use this data for product-related surveys and marketing purposes.
A transfer of personal data to government agencies is only made under mandatory legal provisions. Your data will not be disclosed to private third parties without your express consent.
Our employees are committed by us to maintain confidentiality and to comply with the relevant data protection regulations.
Data usage when signing up for an e-mail newsletter.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we use the data required for this purpose or separately from you to send you our regular e-mail newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending a message to the contact form described below or by sending a link to the newsletter.
According to the Federal Data Protection Act, you have the right to free information about your stored data as well as a right to rectification, blocking or deletion of this data.
APPLICATION OF COOKIES
In order to make the visit of our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your device. SURVEY OF ANONYMUS USER DATA
We work with third parties (such as affiliate network affili.net) to offer affiliate programs and to track advertising success at artboxONE. These third parties shall receive only anonymized data which is not associated with identifiable people e.g. total value of an order.
We use so-called counting pixels (small graphics) on our pages to learn more about the behaviour of our customers on our website so that we can optimise our website for you. If a page is opened, the counting pixel is loaded by a server on the Internet and registered with us with the IP address and the cookie ID you are using. This information will not be passed on to third parties. To prevent counting pixels on our pages, you can use tools such as Webwasher, bugnosys or AdBlock.

The apps of artboxONE use the analysis technology "adjust.io" of adeven GmbH ("adeven"). Adeven uses IP and Mac addresses of the users for the analysis, which however are used anonymously. It is not possible to draw conclusions about a natural person. This information is used for advertisements targeted to audiences. By using the apps, you agree to the processing of the anonymized data collected in the manner described above and for the aforementioned purpose. Data collection and storage can be objected at any time with effect for the future by mail to email@example.com. Alternatively, tracking can be disabled in the apps settings.
USE OF FACEBOOK-SOCIAL-PLUGINS
This site uses social plugins from the social network Facebook.com. These are marked with a Facebook logo.
When you visit a web page that contains such a plugin, your browser will connect directly to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from Facebook to your browser and integrated into it by the website.
Through the integration of the plugins, Facebook receives information about the fact that you have accessed the corresponding page of our Internet site. If you are logged into Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example, press the "Like" button or leave a comment, the corresponding information will be sent directly to Facebook by Facebook and stored there.
USE OF SOCIAL-PLUGINS FROM GOOGLE +
If you do not want Google to immediately map the data collected through our website to your profile on Google+, you must log out to Google+ before you visit our website. You can also completely disable the loading of Google Plugins with add-ons for your browser, for example with the script blocker "NoScript".
USE OF SOCIAL PLUGINS FROM TWITTER
This site uses social plugins of the social network Twitter. These are marked with a Twitter logo.
When you visit a web page that contains such a plugin, your browser connects directly to the Twitter servers. The content of the plugin is sent by Twitter directly to your browser and integrated into it by the website.
If you do not want Twitter to map the data collected through our website directly to your profile on Twitter, you need to log out to Twitter before you visit our website. This site uses retargeting technologies that allow Internet users who have previously stayed in our shop to be advertised on the websites of our partners. The insertion of these advertisements on the pages of our partners is based on a cookie technology and an analysis of the previous usage behaviour. This form of advertising is completely anonymous. No personal data is stored and no user profiles are combined with your personal data.
